3Account Registration and Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one account at jackpot168. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Required details include your full name, identification card number, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. jackpot168 is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.

• Your account password is your personal responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone, including the jackpot168 support team.
• You must notify jackpot168 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Jackpot168 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the use of your password by an unauthorized third party.
• Personal information can be updated via the account profile section. Changes to your name or identification card number require document verification.

4Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds

Jackpot168 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit: Deposits are credited to your account automatically upon confirmation of payment. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 per transaction. There is no daily maximum deposit limit; however, jackpot168 reserves the right to verify the source of funds for transactions exceeding a certain amount.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Withdrawals to e-wallets such as TnG and GrabPay are typically completed faster than bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Rollover Requirements

• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or automatic closure.
